The Business of News

There is a huge quantity of mass media channels and mediums in India.  Journalism and Mass Communication is taught by around nine hundred universities and thousands of colleges in India.

The first institute to provide formal education in the field of mass communication and journalism is the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) located in JNU Campus; it was set up by the Government of India in 1965.

After fifty-three years of education in this field, quality journalism is under a question mark. And some of the Indian Journalist studied journalism from foreign Journalism Schools, Such as Columbia Journalism School, and Missouri Journalism School and other reputed journalism Schools. But are they really made effort to improve the quality and ethics in journalism and mass communication?

We can understand that for 24-hour news broadcasting it is not possible for the media to maintain the quality of content. But it is not journalism that you are doing, you have to make it possible because you are in the business of news, and you have to design a proper strategy for selecting news stories and the quality of content that you are serving to the public.

Mass media always forms public opinion, so Indian broadcasting media have to be very fair. What media serving to the people it would go in the deep in the mind of the public, so it is very necessary to improve the quality of content?

Last five-six days we have seen the quality of content on Indian news channels and this happens all the times when any big event and issues happen. This situation is the same since 24-hour news broadcasting started.

Broadcasting media have to decide that what you are doing Journalism or Entertainment. If you want to entertain people gain the TRP you can go for directly shift in music and movie industry. You can't mix two different professions. If anybody has financial resources and good ideas than pure entertainment industry (music and movies) is the best and suitable business.

Journalism has its own objectivity and ethics. Please don't change the meaning of Journalism.

भावनाओं को समझो

 भारत एक भावनाओं में बह जाने वाला देश है यहाँ की जनता दिल से सोचती है।
 और उसके दिल  में एक उतावलापन है यहाँ की जनता और यहाँ के राजनेता दोनों का मन एक जैसा है दोनों को जल्दी है।
 बहुत जल्दी यहाँ  लोग अपनी बना लेते है और बदल देते है । कभी सरकार को गालिया देने लगते है कभी सरकार  बधाइयाँ देने लगते है । हाल ही में जो भारत सरकार  ने पाकिस्तान को जो जवाब दिया वो बोहत जल्दी में किया हुआ काम है
वो एक जवाब ही था अब एक बार वो जवाब देंगे फिर हम ।दोनों मुल्क ही इसके स्थाई समाधान को नजरअंदाज कर रहे है। जनता को बेवकूफ समझने की गलती कर रहे है ये।
 जनता को जवाब नहीं इस समस्या का हल चाहिए अफ़सोस तो इस का है की जनता को भी गुमराह किया जा रहा है । जनता का जो हित है उससे  उसका ध्यान भटकाया जा रहा है।
जनता जो सोशल मीडिया पे  संचार में भाग ले रही है वो अच्छा है। मगर हर बात पे सरकार को गालिया देना हर बात पे बधाईयाँ देना ठीक नहीं है हमें सरकार को  काम करने देना चाहिए और हमें खुद भी काम करना चाहिए।
बोहत ज्यादा संचार भी कई बार ज्यादा घी की तरह खाना ख़राब कर देता है तो हर इंसान को अपनी हद समझनी चाहिए।
 भारत हमेशा एक परिपक़्व सोच वाला देश रहा है पर अब सरकार की सोच में वो परिपक़्वता और दूरदर्शिता नजर नहीं आती। जब किसी बीमारी को जड़ से ख़तम करना है तो शोर्टकट से काम नहीं चलता । हमें इस समस्या से हमेशा के लिए निजात चाहिए अभी इन्होने जवाब दे दिया हे हो गया इनका काम पूरा।
पाकिस्तान धूर्त भी है और चालक भी है वो इस माहौल का पूरा फायदा उठाएगा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर वो सहानुभति प्राप्त करने की कोशिश करेगा वो कहेगा की हम तो बातचीत से मुद्दा सुलझाना चाहते है पर भारत जंग चाहता है।
  हालाँकि पाकिस्तान ने हमेशा शांति के नाम पे धोखा दिया है मगर फिर भी में  ये समझता हु की शांति चैन और अमन की बात को किसी भी कीमत पे एक मौका दिया जाना चाहिए।
जब सामने वाला शांति की बात कर रहा है तो हमें ये मौका गंवाना नहीं चाहिए। जंग की शुरुआत तो आसान है मगर कहा ख़तम होगी कैसे होगी कब होगी इसका अंदाजा लगाना नामुमकिन है। आखिर में बातचीत ही हर मुद्दे का हल है। जो इंसान गुड़ खा के मर जाये उसे जहर देने की जरूरत ही नहीं है ।

जंगलराज

ये बड़े ही आश्चर्य की बात है की इतने सालों की आजादी के बाद भी हम आतंकवाद से आजाद नहीं हो पाए है।
सरकारे आती  है जाती है पर आतंकवाद के मुद्दे का कोई हल कर पाने में हर सरकार  अभी तक नाकाम रही है।
माना  की आतंकवाद का मुद्दा हर देश  के लिए सिरदर्द बना हुआ है।
पर देश की आवाम से देश की जनता से झूठ बोलना कहा तक सही है, सरकार  के नुमाइंदे बोलते  है देश के दुश्मनो को बक्शा नहीं जायेगा, बोहत सुन लिया भैया वो दिन कब आएगा ये बतलाइये।
ये  फालतू के भाषण  मत झाड़िये कान पक्क  गए है  लोगो को कुछ कर के दिखाए।
अगर आप में कुछ करने की ताकत नहीं है तो सिर्फ वोट की राजनीती के चक्कर में लोगो को गुमराह करना ठीक नहीं है।
क्यों नहीं ये लोग (वर्तमान सरकार )  कश्मीर के मुद्दे पे बात करते । कब तक ये लोग इसी तरह लोगो की बलि देते रहेंगे।
कश्मीर के हालात किसी से छुपे नहीं है , वहा पे भारतीय आर्मी लोगो के साथ जो सुलूक कर रही वो भी किसी से छुपा नहीं है।
यही  कारण है की कश्मीरी युवको में रोष बढ़ रहा है
उन  लोगो को इतना डराया गया है की उनका मौत का डर  ही निकल गया है।
और हाल ही में जो आतंकवादी हमला हुआ  उससे तो हालत और ख़राब हो गए है।
देशभर में कश्मीरी लोगों पे हमले हो रहे है , देश के अलग अलग हिस्सों से कश्मीरी युवकों को निकाला ला जा रहा है।
ये बोहत ही गंभीर हालात है इससे हालात ज्यादा बिगड़ेंगे सुधरेंगे नहीं।
सबसे हैरान करने वाली बात ये है की वर्तमान में जो लोग सरकार चला रहे है। वो इस मुद्दे पे कुछ बोल नहीं रहे लोगों से अपील  भी नहीं कर रहे है की आप लोग शांति बनाये रखे हम इस मुद्दे को देख रहे है।
 एक तरफ आप को कश्मीर चाहिए और दूसरी तरफ आप वहा  शांति व्यवस्था बनाने में नाकामयाब है ।और अब तो हालात बाद से बदतर होते जा रहे है
सरकार क्या कर रही है कुछ समझ नहीं आ रहा है।
यहाँ सब अपनी अपनी रोटीया सेंकने में लगे हुए है।  सरकार को चाहिए की पडोसी देश से बात करे उसके क्या मुद्दे है उसको क्या चाहिए एक न एक दिन ये मुद्दा सुलझाना ही पड़ेगा। आमने सामने बैठ कर के हर चीज पे बात करनी चाहिए जिससे दोनों मुल्को में अमन कायम हो सके जनता चैन और सुकून से रह सके ।

धर्म और आतंकवाद

देश में धर्म को लेकर जो खेल चल रहा है, उससे सब भली भांति वाकिफ है।
मुस्लमान है तो जरुर उसे आतंकवादी समझा जायेगा फिर वो उसकी सचाई कुछ भी हो।
ये जो आतंकवादी हमले हो रहे ये भी एक तरह से इसी तरह की घृणा का फायदा उठा के किये जा रहे हे।
कही न कही मुस्लिम युवको में रोष है की हम कुछ करे या न करे नाम हमारा ही होगा।
हमें इस चीज  को बदलना होगा , मुसलमानो का जो सम्मान और आत्मविस्वाश है वो उन्हें लौटाना होगा।
अगर हिंदुस्तान जैसे देश में इस तरह की विसंगततियाँ होंगी तो जिम्मेदार हिंदुस्तान ही होगा
हिन्दोस्तान अपनी विविधता में एकता के लिए जाना  जाता है।
सब धर्मों  के लोगो को बराबरी का अधिकार होना ही चाहिए।
यह हम एक पशु को किसी इंशानी जिंदगी से बड़ा बना देते है।
उसकी पीट पीट कर के हत्या कर देते है।
ये इंसानियत  लोगो में कब आएगी की वो एक इन्सान  की जिंदगी की कदर कर सके।
जिस दिन ये इंसानियत आ गई बोहत झगड़े फसाद, आतंकवाद ख़तम हो जायेंगे ।

जनतंत्र ओर जनसंचार

आज देश में लोकतंत्र को लेके जो माहोल बना हुआ है उसका जिम्मेदार कौन है।
वो जनता जो अपने प्रतिनिधि का सही आकलन नही कर पाती। या जनता द्वारा चुने गये  वो प्रतिनिधि जो चुनाव से पूर्व किये गये वादे पूरा करने मे नाकाम रहते है।
या जिम्मेदार हें जनसंचार के वो माध्यम (मीडिया) जो रातोंरात किसी एरे गैरे नत्थूखैरे को राजनीति के आसमान का सितारा बना देते हैं। कुछ साल पहले कुछ लोग राजनीति मे आऐ भ्रष्टाचार को खत्म करने के लिए । सत्ता मे आने के बाद खुद उनहोंने भ्रष्टाचार करने के नये किर्तीमान स्थापित किए। बहुत से लोगो ने करोङो  की विदेशी नोकरी छोङ कर इस राजनीतिक दल के साथ जुड गए।
जनसंचार के माध्यम अभी बहोत से नए राजनितिक चेहरों का निर्माण करने मे जुटे हुए है। वो चेहरे है आरक्षण आंदोलनों ओर विश्वविधालयो मे बयानबाजी करने वाले युवा नेता जो सता मे आने के पहले जनहित की बात करते है फिर अपना हित निकालते है।
सोशल नेटवर्किंग साइट के माध्यम से जनता भी इनको नायक बना देती है।
देखते देखते ये लोगो के दिलो दिमाग पर छा जाते हे। फिर राजनीति के गलियारे से होते हुये लोग सता मे आ जाते है। राजनीति अभी बहुत अच्छा विकल्प माना जाता है। खासकर अभिनय जगत से जुडे हुए लोगो के लिए।
इसका सबसे अच्छा उदाहरण स्मृति इरानी है।
हाल ही मे दक्षिण भारत के प्रतिष्ठित अभिनेता कमल हासन ने राजनीति मे प्रवेश किया है। रजनीकांत ने भी अपना मन बना रखा है।
लोग इनसे बदलाव की उम्मीद कर रहे है।
लेकिन जनता को अब इस कदर धोखा खाने की आदत हो गई है की अब उनको धोखा अच्छा लगने लगा है।
जनसंचार के माध्यम भी अभी जनता के हित में काम नही कर रहे है। सब किसी ना किसी के पक्ष मे है। सिनेमा ने भी अब पक्षपात वाला रवैया अपना लिया है। हाल ही मे रिलीज हुई कुछ फिल्मे इसका ताजा उदाहरण है। अब जिसकी लाठी उसकी भैंस।

The Social Collaboration

Cinema is a very creative field, or it should be because people like that in cinema. In present time there is a heavily influence of contemporary social and political issues or movement in films. This is a creative development in Indian Cinema that cinema is being made based on real issues. Such as new releases Accidental Prime Minister, and upcoming Thackeray movie. This is era of creative people in every sector. The time is shaping our social behaviour and our thinking every day. There are various social political and economic issues happening in our society. In upcoming days there will be movies based on me too movement because it became a revolution in India. It needs deep investigation if somebody wants to make movie on this. Filmmaker like Madhur Bhandarkar can do this. Or there are many other talented filmmakers in India. But it not should be one sided. The upcoming scenario of watching cinema would very interesting. When i watched Sanju movie it was awesome. Before watching I can’t imagine that. And we have some other charismatic personalities to portray on cinema like Narendra Modi, Arvind Kejriwal. It would be great to watching movie of different genre in upcoming time. Because we have very talented and versatile artist in Indian Cinema.  Ayushman Khurrana is like new Amol Palekar, Rajkumar Rao, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, and many other artists we have. This would be era of fresh content.  

The Great Indian Politics

Every time Indian Politics has a stage of uncertainty but things hadn't goes  worst like this. People have been tried to confuse and fool by the government. It's clear that government doing it very well and play with emotions of the people they voted him. It is my personal opinion it can be untrue or PM needs some more time, but people don't have a passion to wait a long. the economic conditions of people become worst than ever after currency note ban and GST.

This is the right time for other political parties and politicians to propagate her ideologies and influence the public to choose them. The latest example is, SP or BSP coalition. The biggest Problem of India is that our leader thinks only about Power and how to use it for their personal development, not in Public Interest. The latest example is Akhilesh Mayawati statement and reply of Mr. Modi prove their immaturity. The person holds Prime Minister chair not to suppose to reply on every statement from anybody. Media also should think about the interest of public. It can be impossible for media to unbias reporting because of many reasons. Media is in the hands of corporates. Media is no more for public service, But public has the power to recognized the reality. People need to be Media literate. They need to make their opinion or decision without influencing from any third Party. they have to understand what is right or what is wrong.
