I haven't written anything since last one month. I didn't have enough time to write my opinion because of the last semester projects and exams. Being a student of mass communication at CU Punjab I met various peoples, belonging to Kerala, Telangana, Bihar, Rajasthan, UP Orissa, Punjab and some other states also. Latest LokSabha Election was in between the ideologies. The biggest ever battle of ideologies. The battle was between the public who supports the major leader and who don't support the leading star of the election. There was no election between the candidates. There was no other option to choose. one single party was there. They ran solo in the race and became the winner. Is this democracy? Then what is democracy? There could be no chance in the future for the word democracy. Who will be responsible for the death of democracy, off course the public, who goes with the pity emotions and waves of some charismatic people. They don't apply their mind, they go with the heart. And they make God to somebody. I have seen too many young people on social media and my surroundings campaigning for the lead star of the election. I can't understand that it was an election or a grand festival for the celebration of the death of democracy. People got honey trapped every time to the cheeji speeches of their opinion leader. and they don't even realise what they are doing.
